My watch worked the first several months. Now after a full charge it just searches and searches with no result.

I turn it off and on but can’t get it to move out of the search mode. Bill - 617-947-****

Bought a used Golf Buddy Voice 2. It worked for a month and then could not find the satellites. Bought a second one (new). Played in a light rain one day and the next time I played the screen would light up but there was nothing on it. I filled out the repair request form on the Golf Buddy website a week ago and still no response. Looking at a Bushnell Phantom. No more Golf Buddy.

JUST THE FACTS: I WON A GPS WATCH, AT A LOCAL GOLF TOURNAMENT. THE WATCH DIDN'T WORK. NOT EVEN ONCE. I TOOK IT TO 3 GOLF COURSES, AND THE ONLY THING IT SAID WAS "LOADING". I NEGOTIATED A PAYMENT OF $130, TO UPGRADE TO THE LR-7S RANGEFINDER. THE PINSEEKER VIBRATION MODE DIDN'T WORK, NOT EVEN ONCE. THE SLOPE MODE WORKED AND THAT'S WHAT I REALLY WANTED, SO I LET IT GO. AFTER 3 MONTHS THE SLOPE MODE STOPPED WORKING, SO I SENT IT BACK. TWO WEEKS LATER, I FINALLY GOT AN EMAIL THAT THEY WOULD BE MAILING MY UNIT BACK. A WEEK LATER CORONA VIRUS HIT, AND THE MUST'VE NOT MAILED, LIKE I WAS INFORMED. ANOTHER 10 WEEKS LATER, AFTER A TWO OF UNANSWERED EMAILS, MY LR-7S ARRIVED. IT WAS IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT I SENT IT, EXCEPT THE BATTERY WAS DEAD. NO VIBRATING PINSEEKER MODE, NO SLOPE MODE. I EMAILED THE COMPANY 3 TIMES OVER THE NEXT 6 WEEKS, NO ANSWER, NOT ONE. THEN I GOT PISSED, AND SENT THEM A RUDE EMAIL, EXPLAINING HOW MISERABLE THEY ARE. MIRACULOUSLY, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THE NEXT DAY FROM SOMEONE, WITH NO NAME ATTACHED, TELLING BE THAT I'M IN NEED OF COUNSELING AND BLAMED THEIR POOR SERVICE ON THE "PANDEMIC". AFTER ANOTHER EMAIL, I GOT DENYS FARVER. I REQUESTED MY $130 BACK, AND TOLD HIM THAT I ALREADY WROTE OF THE GPS WATCH THAT NEVER WORKED ONCE. THE DAY HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER LR-7S, WHICH THEY NO LONGER ADVERTISE ON THEIR WEBSITE, MY LR-7S WAS STOLEN OFF OF MY GOLF CART, WHILE GOLFING IN A TOURNAMENT...TAH DAH!!!

I have had a wtx for 2 years and it would not charge. After several attempts I finally got through to them and was told that the product was now obsolete and gave me a code to get a discount on a new one. I write why would I do that when you dont offer much support. Their response we can see what kind of customer you are when you dont get the answer you wan5 or your way you try to hurt others. And thank you for your temporary service. What a joke they have turned out to be

Unable to get problem to golf buddy, not call back no answer in text poor service

Have bought 3 golf buddies over a 40 month period all 3 three lasted about 14 to 13 months I have contacted golf buddy on their website I talked to some on 8/17 who stated that they would call back and fix my problem, that never happen, I have sent 4 messages on their website with no results.

My Voice 2 will not communicate with my computer. Therefore, I can't update the unit. I have downloaded the latest manager software and it did not solve the problem. Can't get anyone to answer the customer service phone or respond to a email.
